Creamy corn soup with beef
3 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoons mixed herbs
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
100 gram beef, chopped
500 mL milk
300 mL beef broth
2 corns
1/2 capsicum, chopped
1 onion spring, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground pepper
HOW TO
1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine the onion, garlic, beef, mixed herbs, pepper, salt, sugar and butter.
2. Saute until onions are tender. Add the flour, stirring well, to make a pasty mixture. Whisk in the milk and the broth.
3. Add the corn and allow to heat through. Add capsicum and spring onion. Stir together and serve.
