Gulai kari sapi

When I am falling in with beef curry. Actually I was a bit late to acknowledge that curry is one of the most delicious foods in the world. The smell is so good. Last month, when my family and I visited Kuala Lumpur and I had curry as our main menu everyday on the other hand I never cook this menu in my hometown. Hahahaha. How simple our daily menus are.

This is my first curry using coconut milk.
